Sandeep is a student of A.J.S.Nidhi HSS, Alandur, Chennai. He was part of All India Silambam Federation and was selected to represent India for 3rd Asian Silambam Championship 2016 to be held at Malaysia.
INSPIRE sponsored partly travel expenses of Sandeep. Sandeep returned India with medals in his glory.
